Hello, my name is Jeh Horton, I have been playing music professionally and
teaching private students for 24 years.
My teaching style is tailored to the student’s goals and abilities, and includes ear
training, chord theory, chord progression theory (also known as the “Nashville
Numbering System”), as well as standard music reading.
This integrated approach allows the student to perform publicly quickly and
provides him or her with the tools to communicate with other musicians, up to
and including professionals.
I am currently in the studio with the Contemporary Worship group Un2Him,
playing guitar, singing, engineering and co-producing our upcoming album.
I can be seen every Sunday morning leading worship at Celebration Church in
Mansfield.
I can also be seen around the metroplex as the bass player with the band,
Fastlane, a tribute to The Eagles

In addition to leading Christian worship and playing in club bands for the last 24
years, I worked on two albums with Matt Jones that were released on Grassroots
records, "Friend or Shadow" and "Journal from the Home of the Human"
