Hello, my name is Jeh Horton. I have been playing music professionally and teaching private students for 27 years. My teaching style is tailored to the student’s goals and abilities, and includes ear training, chord theory, chord progression theory (also known as the “Nashville Numbering System”), as well as standard music reading. This integrated approach allows the student to perform publicly quickly and provides him or her with the tools to communicate with other musicians, up to and including professionals. I can be seen every Sunday morning as the worship leader at Liberty Church in Mansfield. I can also be seen around the metroplex as the bass player with the band, Fastlane, a tribute to The Eagles, (www. Fastlanetribute.com) as a solo acoustic performer and in an acoustic duo with Kelly, and as supporting bassist of Candelo guitar.
